I'm not sure what forum this fits under. This was the closest I could find. I've posted a picture of an egg that I collected today. It has a small round hole in it. What could have made this hole?

It may have been pecked by one of the other chickens, or there may have been a 'weak spot' in the shell. I have occasionally found such an egg where the calcium deposition in a small area was deficient.
