Holes/Plugs in bottom of incubator?? Do I plug them up? Help

It is a Hova-Bator 1602N

It was given to me so I have no instruction manual.

I don't have any eggs in it right now but am planning to start it up tomorrow morning.

I dont have a hovabator so I cant tell you what its sapose to look like,
I am guessing if they are small and even and uniform there sapose to be there and I dont think you need to cover them , IM guessing its a still air so they may be part of the non fan air circulateing idea.
make shure you calabrate youre therm and humidity guage and let you bator run for about 24 hours or so befor adding eggs and remmber when you add eggs the temp and humidity may change , YOU DO NOT need to tweek or do anything they will go back to normal once the eggs are up to bator temp...
SOmeone with a hoavabator will more then likely know more good luck
