Good idea California, I have 2 potholders made, I'll try to remember to take pics, I put my finished things in a box in the garage for Christmas. I hope if we do this next year the blocks are full sized so we can make lapghans or add to it and make full sized quilts. My son's girlfriend went nuts over Nanakats reindeer last night so I guess I'll have to make that into a potholder for her stocking, lol! Thanks again ya'll.

Soooo, here's a photo of grandparent christmas gifts inspired by SE's pot holders! (although I may need to rethink the red handprint, it screams crime scene!)

I decided to stitch around the border of muslin and might stitch around the hand print so is shows on the back...still practicing!

That's cute welman!! Maybe reverse the red and green but the idea is awesome!! All of my blocks are potholders now, took them to work to show Crumples the other day and they passed inspection so they will be christmas gifts in baskets with canned goods. Thank ya'll for this fun swap!!!
