Holland or BBW?

Is there any way to definitively tell the difference between a Holland and a BBW, other than just waiting to see if the turkey's legs break in a couple more months? I have a lady who's offering to give me a beautiful white tom but I don't want him if I can't breed him.

The BBW is much larger and will have shorter legs, also the breast will be huge. How old and how big is the tom now? Holland toms will go about 35+ pounds, BBW's will double that if they make it that long. We have Holland pics on our website if that helps any to compare.

One other thing I just thought of is the Hollands have a fast growing beard. Most turkeys grow about an inch a year, a Holland doubles that easy. I can't remember from when we grew BBW's if they even had a beard?
