So we ordered White Hollands from our hatchery as soon as we could last fall/winter and, after the horrifically hot weather we had last summer, decided to get them as early as we could which wasn't until the second week of April. But yesterday they called and said they had a larger hatch than expected and asked if they could ship them. Soooooo, now we have 15 new babies coming tomorrow.
Guess they'll be staying in the hotel for a few weeks until we get their space finished. So excited to finally get started with our heritage birds. Hopefully this will get us headed where we want to go with the farm. Yippee!!!!
