Home made chicken toys?

could you make them a nice sand/dirt pit so they could dust bathe? They like colorful, bright things so some kids toys would be fun for them, like a small ball or wooden blocks,

I noticed the pet store had toys for parrots like the KONG toys for dogs, with openings to stuff some food/treat and the bird has to work at getting it.

My chickens enjoy hide and seek. I'll pile up straw in the corner of their coop and "hide" some scratch grains or feed in it and they'll "seek" it out all day long.

Also just new things, we have a weed that grows out here that looks like radish or turnip greens and sometimes I'll cut some of that for them and toss it in. They'll peck around at it here and there for a couple days. Anything to keep em busy really.

They sell these little balls you can put treats inside of and hang in your run.

You might want to try giving them a planter with dead plants in it. My chickens love it. They'll dig all day and sit and take dirt baths in it.
