Home made egg turner

    Here are a couple of pics of my manual egg turner that I put together yesterday. It's rocked from one side to the other by pulling on the strings from the outside and then looping the string around a screw to lock it in place. Low tech, but I'll be able to turn the eggs without having to open the incubator. My next project will be building another version that will hold more eggs and will be automatically operated with a motor of some kind. Still in the planning stages on that one. What do you guys think of this one?
