Home made hatcher anyone?

Have a Leahy Redwood 4 tray incubator with as of last night we have 5 wellsummer eggs.
10 turkey and 12 BCM. The chickens will need to go into a hatcher before the turkeys. So we are wanting to make a hatcher.
Anybody that has done this and has suggestions or don't do this would be great.

We'll be making a homemade hatcher soon. We are not planning anything too big......something that accommodate about 2 dozen eggs. We'll be using a thick styrofoam box which got from a tropical fish store. So I'll be interested in posts here.
