Today I made my first incubator out of an old cooler. My first time hatching. I used a 60 watt light bulb. I'm waiting to see if temperature holds true. Humidity is great. We live in Texas and it's humid all the time at the coast. I'm so excited. Thanks for reading. I'll keep posting my results.

I made a coolerbator for my kids kindergarden class a few years ago, it's fun. a couple of computer fans can help a lot! the thermometer should be mid way up the side of the eggs if you are doing still air. to adjust the heat you can get some tubing and drill holes in the side so the tubing has a tight fit. using the tubing like vents, with a few high and a few low, you can plug them up or leave them open as needed to adjust the temp.

Temp. Staying at 100 and humidity is 62. No fan yet. Billy went to get me a dimmer switch. I'm going through old computer parts for a fan. I'll get it just right for spring chickens lol. How r u? Hey my meal worms are doing great.
