Home needed for possible Banty roo

I bought 4 banties from Cackle and they sent me a 5th that I'm starting to think it a roo. I absolutely cannot have roos and I'm limited to 4 hens in Longmont CO So I am looking for a new home for this one. Very sweet only 2 months old. Looks like Barred rock coloring, supposed to be a Cochin.

You can only see part of his house and I put him in there to take pictures. Wow I posted on here to get some help not be judged for where he is sitting

My bad...from the pic I thought that was the entire enclosure. No need to get testy...we are all here to help and to learn, too! My apologies if my statement hit you the wrong way.
