I also have an old iPad mini and can no longer update it. The software updates don’t even come through anymore on it. It says the device can’t support that update or something like that. I’m guessing that’s what will happen with this air 2 in the end. All a plan in my book to make you buy another one.

I’ve had that before, updates scare me just incase it messes things up!

When older model devices can longer get the updates it basically means time to buy a new/spend more money.
Isn't it wonderful how the "device" companies and force us to continue to have to buy new?

Sorry for whining, I know my iPad is obsolete and that it's not possible for companies to keep their software working on it. Just feeling a little boo boo faced.
