Home remedies for poultry?

Ok so I am wanting to learn about different natural things that can be used to treat/prevent diseases and stuff in poultry. I have heard of making electrolytes for them and have done this but what are some other recipes? Say one of my chickens has a infection. Cinnamon, ACV, garlic ect. can be used to help prevent/fight this. Anyone know of other home remedies for chickens and other poultry? If you have some remedies for other stuff like scissor beak, bowed legs ect. Please post those as well! Thanks y'all!
