Homemade Chicken Starter

My chickens hatched recently and I wasn't expecting any to live because the temperature hit 108 degrees many times. I have no chicken starter right now but I just ordered some which would take weeks to receive. I'm trying to see is there any simple and easy ingredients to get at the moment.

What type of feed do you have on hand?
Pretty much anything they can eat for a few days, even the much-feared layer pellets with that huge amount of calcium. I feed everyone an all-in-one type feed.
