Homemade Duck Food

I was wondering if anyone had any sort of experience with making their own duck food? I found this site that breaks down the food properties. It looks pretty good but I was wondering if any one had actually made it and fed it to their ducks. I'm just looking to make the ducks some food to tie us over for a few weeks until their Mazuri feed comes in.
