Homemade Feeders and Waterers

I just started my small little flock of 4 chickens (2 Buff Orpingtons and 2 Black Australorps). The chicks are almost 8 weeks old and almost ready to graduate to a bigger feeder and water. I have plastic yogurt containers, among other things, at my house. I was wondering if anyone has made a feeder or waterer, out of anything. It would be a great help if anyone has pictures of the process and/or the finished product. Thanks!

Here is a picture of the 5 gallon bucket used to hold water for the chickens. It is gravity fed to the nipple waterers.
