Homemade flock block? Few ingredient?

Anybody have a good recipe for a flock block that has only a few basic ingredients? Maybe one that only uses stuff that most people have on hand? I will be making it with scratch/layer feed. I just want to give the girls something to do! I want to make it with the just 2-3 ingredients if possible Thanks!

The only time I make one is when it is freezing cold and they need more calories as well as an activity.

Then I use bacon fat, mix in freezer burnt salmon that has been diced up or cooked to mush, add in some scratch or pellets, mix it all up and take out.

Within a few minutes it is a frozen block.....
