Homemade incubator, first hatch....advice?

That's cool I am picking up 41 at myer hatchery in Ohio the 25th for my first incubator hatch I'm gonna fly them back down here in a carry on so I can control the abuse was afraid of shipping as I need the best hatch rate possible I have raised two different crosses but have used Silkie hens to incubate and use a home built Ohio brooder for the latter
