Awesome bator!!!!!! I have one just about like it hey I hatched 7 out with a 25 watt bulb and this next time Im going to use a 40 watt black light just for laughs

Just a tip for the turner.

I made a stacking one, but no screws. I used colored pull ties. They hole great and easy to adjust and tighten.

Is you thermostat close enough to the bulb? I only see them separate, so that's why I'm asking.

If you place them close together, have that space like I see you do and you'll probably not get more than .5 fluctuation either way.
 
are you sure no fluctuation...? when i started mine with a water heater thermostat, it held good temps for a while... but when i let it run over night, the next morning it was at 106°F...
