Homemade incubator **PICS of mine and my hatched chicks on pg2**

The thermostat hooks up to the light bulb so it controls it going on and off to keep the temp steady.

The thermometers are just there to give temp readings. The digital therm. has a wire attached that you would usually put ouside the window so you could get an inside/outside temp (when used as a regular thermomoter)

For the incubator, you put the wire sensor that would be the 'outside' temp into the water wriggler - that gives a more accurate reading of what the inside temp of the eggs would be, and the 'inside' temp on the digital therm. shows you what the air temp is inside the bator.
