Homemade incubator

having trouble regulating the temperature in my homemade incubator. it is a still air cooler. I have it in my bedroom closet.

X2 I made an incubator out of an old mini-fridge and i have three fans and i still have spots that are a full degree warmer. the more fans the better.

It seems to be doing better when I keep my closet door closed. Never installed the fan. Halfway through incubation.
