I made the same kind, My first hatch I had 4 of 12 hatch, I've got my second batch in ready to hatch any day now. I would put some holes in it for ventilation and I used duct tape to cover them to regulate the humidity. I can't really tell from the pics but I got a computer fan off of ebay for $3 for air flow. I didn't use a thermostat, I wired a dimmer switch in to adjust the temp. I'm raising corturnix, pretty new to it.

How do you wire the fan to run that is the only thing ive not figured out how to do... Thats all i need to have it running perfect i hope.

Get a 12V adapter/transformer and use it to power the fan.

well you need to measure the temp and humidity where the eggs are going to be, so make sure its either in with the eggs or nearby and the same height as the eggs are.
One thing i dont knw and have seen it different everywhere is how close the thermometer/hydrometer needs to be to the light bulb?
