Homemade Treats?

Veggies and Fruits are great.
Millet and seeds are good too.
But does anyone have treat recipes to share that might be good for my budgies and conure?

I have made them little banana ball treats.
Mashed banana in oatmeal (unsweetened whole grain) with tiny bits of apple and carrots, rolled into a ball and mixed/covered in a seed/nut mix.

I don't have budgies or conures, just chickens, so I'm not sure, but those look like some lucky birds!
