Hi all
My duckling Honey hatched last Sunday and is now 6 days old. She (or he) hatched under his bantam Welsummer mum after being purchased from Waitrose. He was from a box of 6 Clarence Court Braddock White duck eggs I originally bought to bake a cake, but after reading a article on the Internet, I decided to slip the 2 remaining eggs under my broody hen.
26 days later one chick died, but on the 29th day, Honey hatched. It is adorable and I have decided to take a photo of it each day to document its growth.
