wire mesh
2 Door hinges
Weather stripping
2 door latches
Electrical box
Light
Plastic window
All this I got from home depot. About $60

High power fan $20
Egg turner $40 each

I have some set. I have one that I bought 3 years ago. I copied the design. I have hatch about 1000 chicks out of it.

Ive seen some that are lined with an allumin foil looking materil is that really needed or can you just leave as is
Do you think its possible to make one from plye wood?

I don't think its necessary. These 3 I made are holding temp just fine. I even have them in my garage and its holdind steady.
