This is one I built and sold for meat birds and turkeys, weighs about 125 lbs, is moved by hand and stays put in most winds(tho they did have it move during one extreme wind event but it did go far and didn't have bird in it at the time thank goodness).

There's a bunch of hoop coops here on BYC, some are hand movable, some need a vehicle to move, some are stationary like @Blooie's.
