Hoop houses

We are going to be raising 25 Cornish x and are planing on building a "hoop house" based on U of Kentucky plans. Anyone built one? My question is how to keep the tarp on during high winds and from having the whole thing lift off the ground. Just wanted some ideas! Thanks.

I built cattle panel hoop coops and use Kotap BB-6B 6-Inch Ball Bungee, Black, 25 Count to hold the tarp on. "Kotap" brand has held up the best, comes in several lengths
