My 12- 13 week old pullets have had about 6 or 7 of the 11 roosting each night. Many BYC 'ers said to go in coop and put them on roost for a couple of nights. Well I have a big mobile coop that has floor 2 ft of ground. It has a people door that I can get in, but not without some consernation. I am 6 ft. 1 inch tall and weigh about 240. So any attempt to get into coop and put on roost only led to mass choas! Well not sure if it is the cold, (currently 30 degrees f out)or just they are learning...( smart birds) but tonight I went to close up coop and all eleven were up on the roost!! Praise the Lord and pass the fried eggs.

I came in the house whislting a happy tune and could not wait to tell my wife.

I will watch to see what happens.

I am one proud poppa!!!
