Yep my girls gave me two eggs today. They are 20 weeks old today. I am eggcited. Yesterday was my birthday, they tried I eggspect. I guess they produce as advertised by Ideal Poultry.

I apolagize now for the all caps subject line. Maybe we are allowed to on our first egg posting?

Thank You. I only got two eggs, one was cracked a little the other seems to be in good shape. I have 20 pullets/hens so I should be getting a dozen a day in short order huh?

Are they pullets now or hens?

Technically, they are still pullets. A hen being a female chicken one year of age or older.
I started calling mine hens when they started laying. They're my chickens and I'll call em any dang thing I wanna.
