Hoping this Buff silkie is still a hen?

This buff silkie was born this April so is around 4 and a half months old. I was so sure that this was a hen because of how she acted and her crest. Her brothers have all been sold. Today I noticed that she is developing wattles. Can silkie hens have wattles that show?
