Hi, we inherited a few chickens when we moved into our home here in the UK 10 years ago. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time for them as we had my first son a few months later and then had a second 3 years later. I'd been talking to my husband about getting our coop back up and running and then a wild duck left us a gift on the side of our pond a few weeks ago which we put in an incubator. The egg was fertile and now I need a bit of advice, which is where I found out about this site.
Whatever happens with the duck, I'm going to get the chickens in the next few weeks (after I've replaced the rotten coop roof) so looking forward to reading lots of advice on here. Can't wait to introduce my boys to some new feathered friends. X
