Hoping to re-home Old English bantam rooster

Very handsome, but not a snuggler. Less than a year old. He refuses the coop and only will sleep in trees at night. I'm not allowed to have a rooster in city limits, so he must go.
We are near Catonsville, Maryland, Pretty boy is living in my bathroom until I find a place for him. Would anyone be interested?
