How do I begin the process of getting local ordinances changed to accept a few backyard hens? What/ who do I talk to?

Start with the zoning officer. He/She can point you in the right direction. You are deffanatly facing an uphill battle.

Don’t go on exactly what TSC says I was told by our local TSC I could get hens but no roosters, turns out ain’t supposed to have either, (found out a few weeks after I purchased everything) so double check so you don’t end up in my predicament- brake ordinance or a 4yr olds heart
