hopping hen

Went out to feed and collect eggs. I noticed one of my Brahma hens acting odd. She hops straight up, walks a few steps then acts like she wants to sit, then hops again, repeating the cycle. When I dumped the feed came running like norm. Any clue what the behavior was about?

Went out to feed and collect eggs. I noticed one of my Brahma hens acting odd. She hops straight up, walks a few steps then acts like she wants to sit, then hops again, repeating the cycle. When I dumped the feed came running like norm. Any clue what the behavior was about?

If you see this again, can you get a video?

I would inspect her feet (top and bottom) and toenails for any injury. Also feel both legs for any indication of tenderness.
