Hopping onto the incubation train!

I have been going back and forth for months and months on whether I want to try to hatch my own eggs. Well today I ordered my first incubator and 12 assorted duck eggs. Can anyone give me any helpful tips on how to have a successful hatching rate? The incubator I purchased has automatic rotating of the eggs.
