Thank You LottieDa, TroutsChicks and luvinmychickens. Yes TroutsChicks I think he is beautiful too. I still am in shock. I cant seem to be able to wrap my mind around this. I am still holding it together, if I fall apart than it will seem more final. I cant believe how attached I have become to him.

Hoppy looks so content in his photo portraits. He knows life was good.

(I have a Hoppy, too. I can think of your Hoppy everytime I talk to mine if that helps at all. I'll tell her all about your Hoppy when I get home from work).

Thanks BovieVei and BorderKelpie. In the winter I put straw in their coop. Well I put straw in Hoppy's coop last winter and he immediately made a nest out of it and then layed down and proceeded to pull bits of straw over the top of him. It was so cute. He is/was just all excited about straw. I never seen a chicken so excited about straw. I took a picture of him such a silly bird.

I should try and find that picture.

AWWW Kris! This just made me wanna cry cuz I actually got to meet hoppy and he was the funniest chicken the way he always hopped and didn't run

I was hoping to get to see him again soon too
