I purchased "The Silver Brumby" on Prime, so can go back & watch it every so often.

Anyone remember the 3 books about "Fury - stallion of the Wagon Wheel Ranch"? Or the b/w Saturday morning series of "Fury"?

Back to Australia - what about the Disney movie - "Ride a Wild Pony" based on the book "A Sporting Proposition"? Also, "creamy" ponies! Welsh ponies, probably Section A. I also purchased on Prime. Loved this movie & follows book pretty close!

And believe someone here into POAs. Lyn Hall did a children's series based on the start of the breed. "Dragon, a wild horse" (published under diff title as well, have to look up. 1st one done/published thru Scholastic & could be purchased from the monthly reading flyers we took home.). Then 3 more about his life & his sons & daughters. Beautifully illustrated!! I LOVED those books & took a long time, but finally have full series now, some in large hardback.

Jean Sloughter Doty - did a book called "The Monday Horses". I wish a good producer would do that as a movie. But I could see that being "cropola"...
