Ringworm? (Which is just another fungal infection)

Maybe a skin scraping would give you an answer.

I was going to look closer for ringworm today when I bathe them. That crossed my mind too .. i really hope not but could definitely be. The patches don't look like your classic ring worm though. I've never dealt with ring worm on horses before

Ringworm's nothing to be too concerned over, it's just another fungal infection (not sure why they call it that, it's not an actual worm) it's just that sometimes it's a bit more persistent, like you might have to shampoo more often or get a spray from the vet.
That picture looks fungal to me - the dandruff-looking flakiness looks like it. Peaches Lee's suggestion to get a skin scraping is a good one.

Do u know what our awful Australian government are doing on Monday?
they are shooting all the wild horses that roam the high country based off flawed science. The science says they are causing major damage, they are not. The wild boars are. If you have any interest in helping save the let me know and I will post the petition link

That’s very sad! It depresses me that so many animals die at the hands of humans’ irresponsibility! ☹️

I just had a bad fall of Huddie. The gate touched him and he bolted. I was still bent over from unlatching the gate. He bolted off and I fell on the other side of the road. I landed face down and I’m pretty sure I blacked out for like 10 seconds because I don’t remember what happened after I fell. Anyway my teeth have almost broken through the skin. And my toe is so painful
