Hello! I accidentally left my horses’ feed soaking in the heat too long and it’s gotten to the point of being too sour for me to feed it to them. I’d hate to see it go to waste. Could I add it to the backslop for my guineas’ fermented feed? It’s Purina Strategy GX, soaked alfalfa, and beet pulp. The guineas are currently on a 22% meatbird feed that’s been fermenting for close to a month now. They get fermented alfalfa cubes and beet pulp daily too, and they free range for a few hours a day (they’re only about 5-6 weeks and I’m not comfortable with them being out all day - too many hawks and owls). They already constantly get into the horse feed. My only concern really is the pellets. Thank you!
