Mirage heard her and it stung a bit, but she still didn’t say anything, she knew that she could be a bit prissy sometimes but it wasn’t her fault that she was a competitive horse.

Poppy nodded. "I think I've seen some of her awards. I've never been interested in dressage. I have always wanted to try barrel racing though. Ollie was not interested in competing in anything though."

Feeling the slight tug on the rope, silver sped up slightly.

Jenny halted her at the stables and handed Mirage to one of the stable hands while she put Silver and Poppy in their stalls. Then she came back and un tacked Mirage, she put Mirage in her stall before leaving. Mirage stood in the corner of her stall not even touching her hay.
