He's getting green in his tail.

Does he have curved sickle feathers? Pointy tips on his hackle feathers. Downward curving saddle feathers? They are pea combs, no? Grey head looks to have only one row of 'peas' where red neck has several... So, IDK...

Yes, and the red on the shoulders is confusing too...

The she one has one new green tail feather coming in.
She/he has just been slower are getting feathers but I'm convinced she is a he.
