Look what happened at the horse barn.
I sent some wet food for them.
They are up high where the hay is stored.
It's driving me nuts that they are up there but the guy who has claimed them wants them to stay up there.

They moms have been out there a good year now.
They know how to survive and I am sure they will teach they babies but ugh....I hate to see something happen to the little ones.

Aww well I wouldn’t take mom away from babies or babies away from mom, she seems so happy!! I would say probably take them all or leave them all. It is hard but I am sure mom knows what she is doing. And even if something happens to some, then the other ones that do survive will maybe have better instincts and/or be stronger and survive better anyways. Although it seems like maybe those eggs you stole... mama was trying to save them to hatch herself
