Sadly, roosters are banned here in st. Island, so I need to get new chickens every time

I'm a new member here but have been following threads on BYC for years......kinda jumping on 2 points on this thread, I have a Clydesdale X thoroughbred I evented for years.....and is it common for cockerels to be banned in America on some states?!? Very confusing....I'm from Scotland!
