I suppose that makes sense......not something you hear of here. I did have a friend who's noisy peacock disappeared one night after frequent visits to the wee neighbouring village were complained about!
Ha! Wow, if your going to be in New York, Try Staten Island, it’s the most suburban and least polluted, it’s the best here! I know it’s a pretty silly reason to deny roosters, but we manage, New York has some crazy rules!

I'd love to come to America, just never quite got there yet! I had bought a plane ticket 6 years ago but 2 weeks before a had a nasty showjumping accident which resulted in 3 plates and 16 screws in my face....couldn't fly! Life has kinda got in the way since then!
 
I'm a new member here but have been following threads on BYC for years......kinda jumping on 2 points on this thread, I have a Clydesdale X thoroughbred I evented for years.....and is it common for cockerels to be banned in America on some states?!? Very confusing....I'm from Scotland!
Do you have any pictures of him?
