Twilight led them along close to the edge so that if Dusk was looking for them he could see them. After a while she followed a trail that went down the cliff face to the meadows. "Be careful on this part," she told the foals.

Twilight reached the tricky part of the trail, it dropped sometimes by 2 feet at once and sometimes only by inches the rest of the way down. "Last part of the trail, after this we cross part of the meadow then back to your parents. Stay close to the wall here."

Wind nodded,but she couldn't help looking over the side to see how far they would fall.She squeaked and tried to get closer to the wall.

Wind looked back at her sister,she knew she had to give her encouragement even if she was probably more scared than she was."It's going to be ok,just think of something to take your mind off things.Like a game."She told her sister as calmly as she could.
