Horses!!!!!!!!

This is Simon, my 13.3hh dun AQHA gelding (Horse in breed, pony in height :p). We like to barrel race, pole bend, trail ride, and jump. We can do both English and Western, and we dabble around in Australian. He's my forever pony! <3

Beautiful!

I reported the owner of the horses to the deputy sheriff. He just stopped by to look at them, but he has to go out on a call (small town, middle of nowhere; short-staffed right now). He'll be back tomorrow to take pictures.

As soon as he left the owner came over to let them out into our "parking" area behind the house where there's a bunch of taller grass. Small town, someone told him the cops were looking at his horses.

Has the owner and sheriff said anything?

Does any one know about how to take care of I think a three day old Dove and a maybe a week old Blue Bird (it might be a Blue Jay)? If you do then PLEASE PM me!!!!

Keep them warm obviously. Tucked in Scott towels in a shoebox in a secure quiet room. Then see if they willingly take a little warm sugar water from an eye dropper. Don't force anything down their throat. If they willingly take even the littlest drop you've got a chance with them. But don't rush it and don't force it. You could make them aspirate the liquid into their lungs which would be very bad for them. They have to want it.

Sport car! Perfect analogy! Lol!

But sometimes it fun to drive a truck too! My dad has a big tennesee/qh cross. And he is a big fun ride too!

LolXD I bet!! Does your dad's horse have the TWH's smooth gait?

He has a smooth trot but he doesn't have a true walker gait. But when he is feeling frisky he can pick em up pretty high and man it's pretty to watch!

Hello,

Posting here while I still have horses.

I did have three, a 16.3hh Hanoverian mare, a 26 year old TB cross gelding, and an 11 year old quarter pony.

Since we will be forced to move from my farm, I have been forced to put up my horses for sale. I done sold my Hanoverian mare to a friend (good because I still will be able to see her and may get her back one day) and we need to free lease daughter's pony here soon. My old horse I am stuck with, and praying like crazy we can find a small farmette I can take him to plus my 15 chickens.

I really hated to sell my mare, but did not know what to do. At least my best friend has tons of $$$$$ and was able to buy her. I can't do anything with a fancy horse like her now since I have not enough money to show or even to afford vet bills if something would happen. I sold a best friend (my mare).

Any how this is my story.

I am sooooooo sorry for you. You are in my prayers. I'm do sorry you had to sell your farm and your horses. I am glad your freind was able to buy your mare, and you can still see her and know how she is doing. And that you could free lease your QP. It's a happy sad thing. I will pray for you that you will find a place that you can keep your older horse and chickens. Things will get better. Just hang in there.

Alright. I will do that. The Blue Jay ate some canned dog food but the Dove just pecked at it.
