She is a flaxen chestnut, 14.3 hh, three quarters Quart Horse, and one quarter Welsh (Confusing, I know X3 It's even worse to say)

I hope you Do realize that if these horses are on YOUR property no matter who owns the horses as they are on YOUR property... You can and will be held accountable to their conditions. As the property owner it is YOUR responsibility to make sure all is good, and if your not strongly making sure the horse owners are properly taking care of them then it will fall back onto you. I have seen it so many times. I strongly suggest that you do a better job at getting them to be more responsible and or evict them as its gonna come back and bite ya in the butt. And that's not fair to you.Updated pics of the horses we let neighbor's keep in our pasture. Apparently reporting them before didn't help. This time I can add that they don't have water provided for the horses, seeing as the creek is too low to offer anything. They have a shallow trough sitting out there, too, that they can fill (which I did myself), so they have no excuse. Also, that's all they feed them in the background of the first pic.
The cops are the ones not doing anything about it. I have reported it to them MANY times. I have had other people report them as well. I asked a favor of one of the reserve deputies, and he is going to make sure something is done about it. Quite frankly, I would rather they stay on my property, so I can keep an eye on them. If they were elsewhere, no one would be able to see them and their condition would get a whole lot worse. I will not be held accountable for their condition. It's a very small town, the sheriff lives in town and knows me and how I am with animals and knows I'm the one trying to have something done about it. He also knows the owners and the kind of people they are.
