Our Greek Easter Bread!

I make this every Easter to keep tradition alive. My grandmother was born in Greece and she would take this to church and have it blessed each Easter.

She's been gone 23 years and my dad 10, so I guess it's my turn now!

Skeeter it has two greek spices in it mastic gum and machleb. One is a little like licorice and the other a little nutty tasting. It's like a very mild anisette (sp) tasting but very fluffy and great to toast!
