Hot lethargic chick

We moved the whole brooder outside on Sunday for some sun and to let the kids from Church hold a few. If it did get down it was an escape attempt and quickly retrieved.
Coccidia is a protozoa that lives in the soil. No pecking at grass/dirt, no chance of contracting coccidia.
Most likely a case of an overheated meaty. They aren't particularly hardy to begin with, bred for rapid growth not longevity.

Thank you so much for your help. He is a little more active this morning, but still warmer than normal.

Hi, I have a Whiting True Blue, 3 weeks old. She and her six sisters got to play outside yesterday and ate some dandelion petals. Today her sisters pecked at her swollen upper eyelid. I cleaned it off and cuddled her, and when I put her back in the separate box, away from her sisters, she is lethargic and panting. Did she get too hot or was is the dandelions? (The eyelid has been swollen for a week.)
