House chicken question

I had a house chicken last winter (Mille Fleur D-Uccle). She was so sweet and tame...a member of the family! We put her back out in the spring. We started a new flock and introduced 3 orpingtons. Now, my once-house chicken is my WILDEST chicken!! She is dong fine and you would never know she was once a house chicken!
