I have 8 chicks in a run 5m by 1.8m and then their inside area

My new hatch the kids and I think I have become attached to our new cockerel baby and my 2 new blood lines

Due to my current cock Whois placid as hell I don’t wanna stress him and throw his male son in there and have them fight

The mrs said I can’t send him down the allotment so I have to find a way he’s taken to the new breed baby’s so he’s got 2 girls

I’m was thinking to add in a whole tire above the others at 3ft giving each 3ft head space but isn’t rooster going to be upset not being able to get on a high Perch??
What els could I do without taking up more garden space

I don't understand what you mean by adding another tier. Do you mean to just their coop, or the entire run? Can you post pics of your setup?
Your two roosters *might* get along just fine - you won't know until the younger one is about 6 months old. If your Mrs. sees them fighting, she may well change her mind.
BTW, what is "allotment" in this context?

Heya I was going to add the entire run a 2nd tire to increase space for them but thinking then I could keep it separate for them

allotment over here is a space of ground you rent to farm small scale around 100mx25m land

I’m now thinking if the allotment will allow it for my male to come down look after the meat birds I’m taking it throwing the chicks in with him will be ok if not he can stay in a separate chicken tractor with some eggers lol

will my 2year old male accept 25 new 6week chicks till there 16 weeks
and accept the new flock again ?

He'll accept the flock (hens) just fine probably, but if his "son" is still with the original flock when you put the old man back with them, there WILL be rooster issues. If you intend to keep both roosters, I recommend that you NOT separate them until you can determine if they get along together as adults - or if they don't, then separate them permanently with two separate flocks. With 25 new birds in the flock, it's still possible (even likely) they'll cohabitate just fine - I just doubt it will be peaceful to re-integrate if one is separated for a time.

Sorry nah I planned to keep the son with the mums here and 2 new birds
And shift him and 25 baby’s to the farm to stay where he would see them grow up to 14 weeks then they wil all be 6week old again lol

Where as son says with 7 and his mother as they say the inbreeding isn’t bad in chicks and can stabilise genes he is amazing so I’d say him safe to go back with mum

Their eggs go incubator and hatch for meat at the farm new son is going to be bigger than his dad and mum lol

Adding another story to your run is a bad idea. Having a really big rooster isn't great because it's very hard on the girls.
My girls are big Rhode reds
And new breed added is Cornish game so there big too he’s for a beautiful cock

Main thing is he was a wild rescue and does a backflip whenever people go near

The new cock is hand reared from egg and runs following us lol so think to send him where he will be less people and wilder while the other who would sulk sent away to stay
